Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, and include all original tags. Requests submitted after the 30-day return period are not accepted.

    Pack the item carefully to prevent damage during transit.

  • Ship the parcel

    Send the return using a tracked and reliable courier service. The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

  • Confirmation

    After the return is received and inspected, confirmation will be sent and the next step will be completed based on your request, either a refund or an exchange.

Refunds

After the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund is issued to the original payment method. Refunds are issued within 7 days after approval.

Cancellations

Exchanges
