Refunds

Cancellations
If you'd like to cancel an order, please email us at info@calyray.com as soon as possible. In most cases, we can cancel orders before they are processed. Once processing has begun, we're unable to cancel the order, and you'll need to check our Return Conditions after the order is delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us clear photos at info@calyray.com. After we confirm the issue, we will arrange to send the correct item or a replacement at no extra cost.
Exchanges
