Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive another email containing tracking information.

Potential Delays
If the estimated delivery timeframe has passed and your order still hasn’t arrived, please allow up to two additional business days and be sure to check your tracking code. If your package has still not been delivered after that, please contact us and include your order number.

Cancellation
If you’d like to cancel an order, please email us at info@calyray.com as soon as possible. In most cases, we can cancel orders before they are processed. Once processing has begun, we’re unable to cancel the order, and you’ll need to follow our Return and Refund Policy after the order is delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us clear photos at info@calyray.com. After we confirm the issue, we will arrange to send the correct item or a replacement at no extra cost.
